“La camera non era male ma ogni mattina dovevi andare a chiedere se ti potevano pulire la stanza e cambiare gli asciugamani, il problema è che non puliscono più di tanto, lasciano il letto da rifare e gli asciugamani sporchi e usati te li lasciano in camera, non mi è piaciuta la colazione purché non era niente di ché c'era poca roba e alle 7 del mattino non c'era quasi già nulla e non facevano rifornimento”

“Upon arrival we were informed that the elevator does not work and we had two suitcases and I was not able to take them up two flights of stairs. Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate.
